This session is for anyone. Up to 15 minutes of time, however the photographer can determine at any time when the session is over prior to the 15-minute limit. Client will recieve 10 edited digital images in an online gallery. The images will/can include group shots, and individual shots. The digital photos will be Hi resolution and web size jpg format with rights to make prints and use for social media.
Photographer promises final images to be delivered to the client by February 10th at 11:59pm.
If client is late the time will be deducted from the original allotted 15 minutes. If more than 7 minutes late the session will be canceled, absolutely no refunds given. The client will not be guaranteed the original 10 images if late.
Elizabeth Gardner Photography retains legal copyrights to all images. Absolutely no altering, filters, or cropping of the original images are allowed. Please download the images, do not screenshot. Screenshotting will result in poor quality prints. You have the right to print your photos wherever you please, but photographer is not responsible for poor print quality. Photographer can recommend print labs for higher quality prints.
Photographer is not responsible for subjects of the session not cooperating to their full potential. Photographer edits to the style she chooses is best for the session. Photographer does not cater to the style of editing per client. Pictures can include color and/or black and white. Photographer and/or the venue are not responsible for injury, theft, or damage to persons or persons' personal property.
Session price of $75 is due at time of sign up for total booking. It is NON-refundable, unless the photographer must cancel or reschedule. If client must cancel, the deposit cannot be transferred to a new date.
